mazu Wins Newport For New Product’s Best New Electronics Product!
It was an immense honor for mazu to be announced as the winners of the 2017 NFNP Best New Electronics Product. The Newport For New Product competition is an annual competition that is held as part of the Newport International Boat Show, and includes an impressive array of innovative boat designs, marine products, and electronic software that showcases the very best of the marine industry. The NFNP competition also revealed a new Green category in this year’s competition, which awarded both the most innovative and environmentally friendly marine product and green electronics software.
After demonstrating the functionality and features of the mazu iPad app and mSeries system to all 4 NFNP judges during a busy first day at the Newport show, team mazu awaited the judge’s decision which would be revealed the following morning. Here’s what the judges had to say:
